President, Registered Architect, Standard Building Inspector, UBCI Inspector, Association of Women Architects & Engineers (AWAE) Founding Member

Ms. Perez has over 38 years of Architectural planning, design and management experience for a wide range of projects. As president of LMP, Ms. Perez responsibilities include management of projects, supervision of architectural staff, coordination with sub-consultants and clients, planning, design and bidding services as well as overseeing construction administration.

Adrian Perez

Vice-President, Office Administrator

Mr. Perez has over 24 years of business administration experience commencing as an accounts payable/receivable clerk through his current position as vice-president. His current responsibilities consist of the overall administration of the firm including personnel, accounts, payroll, equipment, contracts and marketing for a wide range of public and private architectural and construction projects.
